Shipping and Delivery FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24 - 72 hours if all items in the order are available, please check the ‘estimated delivery time’ as posted on the product information page for individual items. If items are backordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery.
Your order will be promptly fulfilled within 24 hours, created within 5 - 10 days and shipped within the same business day.
Import duties, where applicable, are included in the price of the item, so you won't have to worry about paying upon delivery.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?
Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Signatures are not required for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier.
If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name, request, and tracking number.
Deliveries will be completed by UPS or FedEx. Available shipping services will be noted in your shopping cart, but generally include: 3-Day Ground Shipping, 5-Day International Ground Shipping.
Please note: Orders placed outside the time frame listed beside your shipping option will be shipped the next day.
Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 3 - 5 business days in transit for delivery.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at our Calgary warehouse. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some stock items can be shipped within 24 hours, and delivered within 3 - 5 business days. Some non stock items can be shipped and delivered within 10 - 20 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item(s) leaves the warehouse. If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order on the next page that you'd like to track items from. If the items you'd like to track have been shipped, the tracking information will be displayed.
Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within Canada. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees.
Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. The total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout. Order Amount for promotional shipping doesn't include, and offer doesn't apply to, gift cards, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax.
Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas. You will be notified of the surcharge upon entry of your postal code. We keep it simple–our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, which saves you time and energy.
We only ship to locations within Canada and USA.
Can I ship somewhere else in the world?
If your order costs over CAD $5,000.00, please emails us at email@example.com with the following information:
1. The SKU numbers of each product (or a link to each product page).
2. The total quantity you want to order.
3. The final delivery address.
We'll get you a personalized, competitive quote from our international freight forwarder. Please note: once the freight forwarder receives your products you assume full liability of the shipment.
