You can return items purchased in-store or online at My Rug CA store, or you can arrange to have your online order picked up by contacting Customer Support.
Items Purchased in Our Stores
Items purchased at our My Rug CA store can only be returned in-store. For fast, easy returns, keep your receipt. It not only ensures you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our Associates process your return quickly.
Items Purchased Online
For your convenience, items purchased on myrug.ca can be returned to our My Rug CA store within 30 days of purchase, subject to the Return Exceptions below.
If your online purchase was made with a Credit Card you have 30 days from date of purchase to return the items to our My Rug CA store to receive a full refund, unless otherwise noted below. All existing Return Policy rules apply.
Bring the item(s) with a copy of your shipping confirmation email to our My Rug CA store for credit to your original tender or My Rug store credit. If PayPal was used during your purchase, your Paypal account will be credited for the return amount. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. Please see Return Policy Exceptions (below) for further details.
Online returns can also be made by contacting our Customer Support within 30 days of purchase only, regardless of payment method. An online purchase made with a Credit Card cannot be returned via telephone past 30 days from date of purchase. We'll arrange for your item to be picked up and returned, as well as provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
Damaged Items & Claims
Please report damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free 1 (888) 996-9784.

Return Policy Exceptions
Custom Order Rug returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Gift cards, gift certificates and store credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or cheque.
Rug extras such as sprays and rug pads a must be returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Any product damage and/or defects must be reported within 30 days.
Sample swatches are non-returnable. Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, you may visit your local store or call 1 (888) 996-9784 for assistance.

My Rug CA reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return.
My Rug CA reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
My Rug CA will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from My Rug CA store.
* My Rug CA may issue a cheque for refunds over $1,000 (cheques are mailed from My Rug CA Store in Calgary, AB).
